1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting a contact or quote form, calling or texting us, or hiring Clear Air Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services

Clear Air Solutions provides residential air duct, dryer vent, and chimney cleaning services in the Southwest Florida area, including (but not limited to) installation, repair, maintenance, and consultation. Quotes provided before an in-person inspection are estimates only; final pricing and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. SMS / text messaging program

The following terms apply to our SMS messaging program and are intended to comply with TCPA, CTIA messaging guidelines, and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.

a. Program description

Clear Air Solutions sends customer-service text messages from a U.S. local number through HighLevel (LeadConnector) and Twilio. Messages may include: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch updates, quote and estimate delivery, invoices, follow-up on completed work, replies to questions you sent us, and occasional service updates relevant to your account.

b. Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website forms, by texting us first, or by checking a consent checkbox, you provide express written consent to receive SMS messages from Clear Air Solutions at the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that the mobile number you provide belongs to you and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

c. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive several messages around the time of a scheduled service and fewer (or none) when no service is active.

d. Cost

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Clear Air Solutions does not charge a fee for the messages themselves. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

e. Opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further texts. f. Supported carriers

Supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and Alltel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

g. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Quotes, estimates, and payment

Estimates issued without an on-site inspection are good-faith approximations. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal or invoice. Payment terms are set at the time of booking. Past-due balances may be subject to a service charge to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of service may be subject to a trip charge.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

Workmanship and materials are warranted as stated in your written service agreement. Except as expressly stated in writing, services and the website are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, and Clear Air Solutions disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Air Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of this website, our SMS program, or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, scrape content, or interfere with its operation. Content on this site is owned by Clear Air Solutions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
