What Is air duct sanitization?
Duct sanitization is the finishing step we perform after a full mechanical cleaning. Using a cold fogger, we distribute an EPA-registered antimicrobial throughout the duct system, coating interior surfaces to neutralize bacteria, mildew, and the spores responsible for stale or musty odors. Because the product is applied as a fine mist through the running blower, it reaches the same surfaces the airflow does — including parts of the system a brush can't physically touch. We only sanitize ducts that have already been mechanically cleaned, since fogging dirty ducts just coats the dust.
